Bernhard Reiterer
Founder & Managing Director
Bernie Reiterer is a payments and digital identity specialist with over 25 years building, rescuing, and scaling financial infrastructure across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Raised in a family restaurant, he started in software and securities technology before moving into payments — from Paylife Bank to Western Union to building a mobile payments business at Luup. Through Momenture Consulting, he spent over a decade working with banks, fintechs, and regulators on payment infrastructure and onboarding automation. He founded SignD, building it into the market-leading KYC platform in Austria — and took it through insolvency without losing a single customer.
The common thread: organisations don't fail because the problems are hard — they fail because systems become unnecessarily complex. IDCanopy is one answer to that in identity. cindr.la is the broader one — built on aggressive automation and deep AI integration.
Outside of work he is a passionate archer, a husband, and a father of two.
Robert Zapfel
Partner
Robert Zapfel is a technology founder and entrepreneur with a long background in software, payments and distributed systems. He began working with computers at a very young age, founded his first company in 1989, later built a mobile payment system with global reach, and subsequently moved into fintech and blockchain-related ventures.
Across his companies, he has focused on building trustworthy digital systems for practical business use. More recently, he has devoted much of his work to AI and automation.
Klaus Kickmaier

20+ years of experience building structures, teams, and organisations — from the first idea to a scalable unit.
International experience in consulting, leadership, and sales — including at American Express, B+S Card Service/Payone, Western Union, and Paysafe Group.
Most recently Country Manager at viva.com, where he built the Austrian organisation from scratch and scaled it successfully.
Today he advises companies that want not just to understand their processes, but to rethink them entirely. His focus: create clarity before automating.
